Cop.Copine offers you the opportunity to make a one time exchange of all or part of your full priced order within 14 days of your original order date. We do not accept returns at this time. The item(s) you wish to exchange must be received at the address below within 14 days.
If you have any concerns sending back the items you wish to exchange within the 14 day window (due to weather delays or approaching holiday(s) for example), please make sure to contact us immediately via email at: email@example.com
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which items you are choosing to replace your full priced items with. The item(s) you choose must be equal to or greater than the value of the original order. The balance must be paid by you if you select items that are a higher price than the original. Once the new invoice is paid, we'll process the refund of the original order (minus the restocking fee mentioned below) and your new items will be sent out to you. The one time exchange made will be final sale.
Please note the following: 1. A minimum of $20 non refundable fee will be applied for shipping and handling on any allowable exchanges and/or refunds in the future. 2. A minimum of $20 per item restocking fee will be applied on any allowable exchanges and/or refunds in the future.
Any items that receive a discount are final sale and no exchanges are allowed. Our policy of sales items being final sale include any items purchased during our Customer Appreciation Promotion or any other promotion/discount.
For all exchanges on full priced items, simply follow the following rules:

– The returned package should be accompanied by a copy of the delivery/packing list that is included within your shipment. In case of partial return, you must indicate on the copy of your order, the products that you do not want to keep.
– Products returned need to have the tag still attached. Please note we are not responsible for wear and tear. We will not accept returns/exchanges of any items that have been worn or washed. In addition, the products must be packed carefully in their original packaging.
– The return costs are entirely your responsibility.
The returned products must be mailed to the address indicated above.

All orders from Canada and Mexico need to be at least $800 (subtotal) in order to be eligible for Free Shipping.

Fortunately, we are providing free shipping on orders exceeding $3000.
At this time, all sales are final. We do not issue any refunds and we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. However, we are always available to help you make decisions about the products you are interested in. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about our products. Regarding sizing or fit of certain garments, we will offer input and we can even provide garment measurements of the sizes you are considering. On International Shipping: All online orders are processed out of our warehouse in San Francisco, California, United States.
With that being said, you are responsible for the international shipping costs. Please note all duties must be paid by the customer in order for the shipment to clear customs. We will get orders out in a timely manner but we can not be held responsible for any delays in shipping once we hand off orders to shipping carriers.
